The management team is responsible for all aspects of the MIC's operations- seeking out the mortgages, conducting due diligence, making the lending decisions, negotiating the interest rate and other terms and conditions, dealing with lawyers, managing the portfolio, and administering the investor's capital and returns.

But that's only part of it. LEAGUE are also deeply committed to keeping you informed every step of the way, as this obligation is to you is set out in Our Credo. This means your Member Service Manager will be available to communicate with you whenever you like by phone, e-mail, fax, and when possible, in person too. If you have a question, LEAGUE will be there to answer it.
