IGW REIT UNIT VALUE UPDATE Thursday, December 1, 2011     Dear Member-Partners and Member-Candidates, The unit value for the Traditional Class IGW REIT remained steady this quarter, at $1.050. Year over year, the Unit value is up 1.5%, from $1.035 in December of 2010. Distributions on all Common Units remain at 7.5 cents per unit per annum. Outstanding Income Priority Units are unaffected. No significant change in the aggregate value of the underlying assets occurred within this quarter, as markets have stabilized following growth earlier in the year.
