IPUnit Rate Change Imminent Dear Member-Partners and Friends,
At LEAGUE, we are constantly re-examining the investment products we offer in order to ensure that they continue to be worthy of your consideration.
I am pleased, therefore, to be able to provide you with advance notice that the IGW REIT's Income Priority Units' rates and terms, as set out below, will soon be discontinued and replaced with ones at lower rates.
If you're looking for a cash flow investment, please consider these options while they are all still available:
The Income Priority Units (IPUnits) provide dependable and tax-efficient monthly income for the duration of the term, and your original capital is returned to you at maturity. These units are backed by $350 Million worth of brick and mortar assets, with approximately $150 Million in equity. As an IPUnit-holder, your cash flow comes second only to the primary lenders, and ahead of that all the other investors in the IGW REIT.
To take advantage of this opportunity to purchase IPUnits and "lock in" at the existing higher rates while they are still available, or if you have any questions, please contact your Member Services Manager without delay.
