LEAGUE MOVES INTO MIDDLE EAST REGION

Dear Member-Partners and Friends,

It gives me great pleasure to announce the next phase of LEAGUE’s international expansion: the opening of our regional office in Dubai that will serve the entire Middle East, LEAGUE Corporation Group FZ LLC Dubai.

The region, like every other, did not escape the world economic crisis. However, my partner Adam and I feel that this is more than outweighed by the opportunity to partner with established investors in the region who may share our values in Member-Partnership and who seek to invest in the stability and value of Canadian real estate.

This represents a rare alignment of local expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. And between them, three of the six members of the LEAGUE Middle East team have more than 50 years’ experience of living, working and doing business within the region. What our team brings is a wealth of knowledge of the people, customs, culture and business practices of the Middle East.

The first two members of the LEAGUE Middle East team should be very familiar to you: Adam Gant, my fellow Founding-Partner; and myself. Now, I will briefly introduce the remaining members of our Middle East team:

• Ted Mulvihill, Managing Director
• Trent Gurney, Business Development Director

What does this mean for you? In the long term, it means more investment in Canada and Canadian communities, as well as providing opportunities for peoples of other nations to invest in LEAGUE in their own back yard. We also expect as new Member-Partners continue to join us, from Canada, Dubai, the Middle East and eventually elsewhere, we will be able to finance Limited Partnership investments in Canadian properties and in the IGW REIT.

In providing this opportunity to more and more people, we affirm the 12th tenet of Our Credo: “We believe that with each investment we initiate and each new Member-Partner we help to achieve Intergenerational Wealth, we add strength to the fabric of our free society.” With each step we take, we anticipate that we can continue to offer all of our Member-Partners, whoever they may be and wherever they may come from, new opportunities to advance themselves towards our ultimate shared goal of Intergenerational Wealth^TM for all who desire it and are willing to work with us towards it.
