REIT INTRO UNITS PROVING TO BE POPULAR

Keep your eyes on your mailbox! Sometime in the next few days, you'll receive a package from LEAGUE. In it, you'll find four enclosures:
First, a letter from your Member Services Manager; second, a chapter excerpt about LEAGUE from author Michael Caldwell's latest book, Dynamic Entrepreneurs of the 21st Century; third, a copy of our "Why Trust in LEAGUE?" whitepaper; and fourth, a document that discusses our new REIT Intro Units.1
In a previous letter, I reported that in the first five days more than $1.3 million worth of the REIT Intro Units were subscribed for. And now, six weeks since their introduction, some $2.7 million worth of the Intro Units have already been acquired by Member-Partners, with nearly $1 million more being processed now.
Why have they proven so popular? Much of it is due to their flexibility.
REIT Intro Units start as six-month Income Priority Units that earn 10% per annum. At the end of the six months, they can either be converted to a five- or seven-year IPUnit yielding 8% and 9% respectively; or, if you do nothing, they will automatically be converted to IGW REIT Class AAA Units at their lowest value recorded during the previous six months. Effectively, this is a unit price protection feature that ensures you get the most units for your money upon conversion.
If you purchase REIT Intro Units before the end of this month or the next, the first distribution will be deposited to your account on the 21st of the following month. Remember, the REIT Intro Units are only available until November 25.
