COWICHAN DISTRICT FINANCIAL CENTRE LP IS CLOSED

Dear Member-Partners investing in the Cowichan District Financial Centre LP,

It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have officially acquired the property for the Cowichan District Financial Centre, in Duncan, BC.

I was particularly gratified that so many Member-Partners were interested in this investment opportunity that it was closed within just six weeks.

We will next begin renovating the property extensively, thereby adding value for those who invested in it. We are now in talks with new tenants and hope to have leases in place within the next twelve months. At the same time, we are in the process of renewing the leases of the current tenants.

In the meantime, rest assured that my partner Adam Gant and I are continuing to seek other investment opportunities so that you can continue to foster and grow your Intergenerational WealthTM.
