LAST DAY FOR REIT INTRO UNITS¹ IS NOVEMBER 25

If you've been following my recent e-mails, you'll know that the last day to purchase REIT Intro Units is November 25 – after which this "introductory offer" ends. If you would like to receive a December distribution, just in time for the holidays, you still have a little more time to act.

Remember, REIT Intro units start as six-month Income Priority units that earn 10% per annum. At the end of the six months, they can either be converted to five- or seven-year IP units yielding 8% and 9% respectively. Or, if you do nothing, they will automatically be converted to IGW REIT Class AAA units at their lowest value recorded during the previous six months. This last feature amounts to a price protection feature that ensures you get the most for your money, no matter what direction the value may turn during that six-month period.

I'm often asked, "Do people really find them that attractive?"

The proof is in the pudding, I say. Since they were introduced this past summer, subscriptions for those REIT Intro Units have reached $5.9 million. I think the message comes across loud and clear.

So if you are at all interested in subscribing in the REIT Intro Units – perhaps again – you only have under a week left in which to do so.
