COLWOOD CITY CENTRE DEVELOPMENT MOVES FORWARD Friday, December 3, 2010 Dear Member-Partners and Friends, Colwood City Centre LP, our flagship development Limited Partnership, is one step closer to reality. This week, the Colwood City planning department granted LEAGUE a provisional development permit. This is a significant milestone. The permit allows us to file a disclosure statement that will then enable us to begin marketing the first block of residential suites in our first mid-rise condominium building. If you're in the Victoria area on December 11, you can also attend a special private preview of the residential suites from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Hotel Grand Pacific, Center Vancouver Island Ballroom, 463 Belleville St, Victoria, BC.
