Did you know that the IGW REIT has among the lowest management fees among its peers?

Last fall, Exempt Analyst Inc. (EA) conducted an independent study on the IGW REIT. The firm rated LEAGUE’s Class A, AA and AAA IGW REIT units as STA-2 Investment Grade and gave our Income Priority units a BBB ratingthe highest rating given to any Canadian REIT. Following this, we ordered a second analysis and report.

In this report, Exempt Analyst Inc. compared the management fees of the IGW REIT against 20 similar exempt market real-estate based securities. The result: LEAGUE’s IGW REIT ranked number one, having the lowest fees of any in Canada. When compared with a wider selection of 32 exempt market securities including other asset classes such as energy and mining, the IGW REIT ranked second in lowest fees.
