Back by popular demand, IGW REIT Intro Units are a great way to put a LEAGUE investment to the test. And now that they’re redeemable you can “test and see” while retaining your ability to cash out!
Start off in a special 6-month term of fixed-rate redeemable1 IGW REIT Income Priority Units and earn a monthly cash distribution of 9.5% per annum. Like all our Income Priority Units, these offer fixed distributions over a fixed term, with a fixed capital value through to maturity. Should you choose to, you may redeem your entire investment during this six-month period, and still receive a return on investment calculated as 2% per annum.
Once this six-month term is up, keep your distributions paid to you at an annualized rate of 9.5% and exercise one of your two choices:
- Contact us to convert to either the 5- or 7-year terms of the REIT’s Income Priority Units. These provide monthly cash flow—at a rate of 8% or 9% per annum, respectively—for the duration of the term you choose, and your original capital investment is returned to you at maturity.
OR:
- Do nothing, and your investment will automatically convert into Traditional (Class AAA) IGW REIT Units at the lowest unit price available during those six months.2 This feature acts like a built-in unit price protection feature. So, you’ll begin earning the highest possible cash yield3 based on the price at the time of conversion, while also watching your investment grow whenever the value of the property portfolio increases4 . The Traditional IGW REIT Units offer tax efficient monthly distributions and capital growth.
