The 10% IGW REIT INTRO Units are Back!

Dear Member-Partners and Member-Candidates,

The IGW REIT has always been a key investment tool for building that vital nest egg for your family. And now, the reintroduction of our 10% REIT Intro Units1 gives you three good reasons to look again:

1. Price Protection
For the first six-months, the IGW REIT Intro units begin as a special class of Income Priority units that earn 10% per annum. Six months later, at your option, they can either be converted to five- or seven-year Income Priority Units yielding 8% and 9% respectively (reminder that these IPU rates will be dropping on August 8 so please ensure that you get your subscription in for the 10% intro unit before then as any subscriptions afterwards will be subject to the lower rates). If you do nothing, they will automatically be converted to IGW REIT Class AAA units at their lowest value recorded during the previous six months. This last feature amounts to a price protection feature that ensures you get the most for your money, no matter what direction the value may turn during that six-month period.

2. Third Party Investment Grade rating
Last Fall, the IGW REIT's Class AAA units, and the Income Priority Units were assigned institutional grade ratings of STA-2 and BBB respectively by Exempt Analyst Inc. (EAI). EAI, which operates on a business model similar to Standard and Poors, produced this report comparing LEAGUE's private IGW REIT favourably with such major public REITs as RioCan REIT and Calloway REIT. We are proud to have received such high ratings.

3. Lowest Fees - Independently Verified
Against 20 real estate based Canadian REITs, the IGW REIT has the lowest management fees of 22 real estate syndicators in Canada. When compared to a larger group of 32 Canadian investments in the exempt market category -- including such sectors as real estate and natural resources -- LEAGUE's fees came in second lowest, which speaks volumes about our dedication to maximizing your returns. NOTE: Investments for Income Priority Units or 10% REIT Intro Units processed before Friday August 5, 2011, will be at the current rate of return, and will remain unaffected by the issuance of the new class of Income Priority Units.
