INVEST IN FAMILIES: THE LEAGUE FAMILY EQUITY FUND
AS SUBSCRIPTIONS FLOW IN

Tuesday, September 13, 2011

Dear Member-Partners and Friends,

My partner Adam Gant and I have worked for a long time -- almost as long as LEAGUE has existed -- to find a way to make home ownership affordable for more Canadian families. We earnestly believe that home ownership is the first and most important step in a family's achievement of Intergenerational WealthTM. This is why we are proud to present an investment opportunity that is potentially the most innovative and transformative we have ever offered: the LEAGUE Family Equity Fund (LeaFE).

We use the word "transformative" because LeaFE has the potential to allow more Canadians than ever before to enter the residential real estate market -- either to purchase their first home more affordably, or to purchase single family dwellings as an investment. It also aligns the interests of Member Partners with those of the fund's managers and the fund's home-owner recipients.

What is the LEAGUE Family Equity Fund?
Through LeaFE, Member-Partners will invest in the futures of Canadian families by enabling qualified applicants - be they first-time buyers, divorced "re-starts", or beginning real estate investors - to become homeowners sooner than they otherwise might. Some of them may be your very own friends and family!

Initially, LeaFE downpayment financing will be issued only to qualified individuals purchasing homes in Vancouver and Victoria. However, as investment in the fund increases, we will make the program available in select cities across Canada.

League Family Equity Fund AdOur Goal
As fellow Member-Partners in LEAGUE, we know you share our view that ownership of a home is the cornerstone of the accumulation of one's net worth and that investing in real property is the soundest way to build Intergenerational Wealth™.

Together, through the LeaFE, we can help more Canadian families acquire the security of home ownership and increase their net worth as property values rise, and at the same time offer more real estate entrepreneurs the opportunity to invest directly in residential properties.

My Partner Adam and I believe you'll come to share our view that the "positively Interdependent" structure of the LEAGUE Family Equity Fund has the potential to change the nature of Canadian home ownership -- and real estate investing.

We invite you to review the Investment Overview for the LEAGUE Family Equity Fund, and join us in the transformation of home ownership and real estate investment in Canada.
