SOLAR POWER INVESTMENT LIGHTS THE WAY TO INTERGENERATIONAL WEALTHTM FOR YOUR FAMILY
Tuesday, September 13, 2011
Dear Member-Partners and Member Candidates,
Last weeks' lively discussion of our Member-Partners' Solar Energy Limited Partnership was a major success -- and a lot of fun too! More than 200 people participated either online or via phone. You can watch a podcast of the event here.
Two Investment Choices The solar energy investment benefit from the Province of Ontario's Feed-in Tariff ("FIT") Program that guarantees a fixed price for electricity for 20 years-even if the government decides to stop issuing new contracts! It also provides our Member-Partners two profitable ways to invest using:
- non-registered funds: 9% annualized monthly cash flow, plus any growth in value that may be realized should the fund go public, or from any future sale or refinancing; or,
- registered funds invested in 10.5% fixed rate unsecured non-convertible bonds.
Intergenerational WealthTM... and Cash flow too! These choices allow you to either invest in LP units and receive regular monthly distributions; or take advantage of additional tax sheltering and save for retirement through an RSP/RIF or help with a child or grandchild's education through an RESP.
If you have any questions about the Member-Partners' Solar Energy Limited Partnership and how it might meet your family's plans for Intergenerational WealthTM, please click here to send a message to your Member Services Manager. They'll be more than pleased to help you do your own due diligence.
