Private Asset Management

As Simple As It Gets

For Member-Partners with $5 million or more to invest in a single property, League's teams of Asset Acquisition, Development, and Administration specialists will perform the same services for your family's private real estate asset(s) as we do for our of syndicated (group-owned) real estate pools.

If you qualify for enrollment in League's IGW Private Asset Management program, we'll begin by reviewing your criteria, and then put our own experience and creativity to work for you too.
